During the week of April 25-28, eleven (11) Pueblo teachers and Prevention Specialists completed the Basic BABES and Suicide Prevention Trainings at the beautiful Prairie Star Golf Course and Restaurant in Santa Ana, New Mexico.
The BABES team of Dr. Lottie Jones Hood, Deborah Smith and Al Rice wish to express their sincere appreciation for the warm reception and generous hospitality for all BABES trainees. Special thanks to Mildred Demmert (Director of Education of Pueblo Santa Ana) and Joey Sanchez (Assistant Director, Department of Education, Pueblo Santa Ana) for their expert coordination and accommodations.
